Had a meeting with a senior therapist
and two other therapists today
and although its just 3 months since
2011 started, they said WE
(My buddy teacher and I)
did a good job as they can see
a significant improvement in
one of my students.
I do not know whether its due
to all the routines we introduced,
or whether the strategies we
use on him,
or external factors
which caused him to improve.
But, im happy to know others
can see that he is improving
and I do aim and hope
by the end of 2011, he will
improve academically as
well as his communication
and emotional aspect.
Im PROUD of you, lil J!!!
And in the taxi earlier today,
a cab driver told me that
he really salute people in this line
and we needs LOTS of perseverance,
passion and interest.
Thanks, CAB driver for
reminding me the reason why I
am in this line.
Its not about the money,
but my passion towards
teaching the special ones.
I am starting to LOVE my class more.
Hoping to know each of them more better.

He's simply amazing. :)
Lil J has been great ever since term 2 started.
I kept telling myself, there will be moments where he
Might not be compliant but I can see that hes more
Willing to interac with others and are more
Aware of his surrounding.
It's really a joy to see him giggles and
When he looks excited looking at interactive
Educational websites.
I'm amazed at how fast he can remember the
Whole lyrics to a song.
I'm amazed how he can spell LONG and difficult
Words at a tender age of 7.
Words like uncountable, consonant, metamorphosis!
I'm amazed how he can do his worksheets when
70% of the time he's not paying attention.
I'm amazed at how he gets so excited when he saw
My picture on the whiteboard.
I'm amazed at him on how he can remember things
So easily.
I do hope he will grow to be a fine boy.
He's now my source if inspiration to

Im totally enjoying my March Holidays
doing nothing.
Thats right! You heard it right!
Doing nothing!
The feeling of waking up late,
just slacking at home,
and time is not an issue.
Im doing things all at my
own sweet pace!
Ive got to spend more
time volunteering and
playing with my niece & nephew! :)
But as the weekend draws nearer,
i know all these sweet nothings
will end really soon.
I have not even start doing
my Term 2 Lesson Plan!
Oh, 1 week is really not enough.
Ive yet to think of ways to manage
my lil J, as he is showing
more resistance in doing schoolwork nowadays.
May I have all the patience to endure 10
more weeks in Term 2.
