I had an amazingly fun time last Sunday.
Woke up early in the morning and started
the day by having a nice hearty brekkie at Swenson's
Following that, I went baking class and I didnt
know baking class can be so much fun.
Though i did flare up for awhile..... over something small.
I guess, the whole process of sifting the flour together, using the
electrical mixer and washing our bowls together were definitely
something rather interesting and unique.
I love the outcome of the class.
I learn how to make brownie and........whoopie pies!
I would say we fared pretty well for our first attempt.
I shall give myself 7/10!!
I will definitely attempt to bake brownie and cranberry whoopie pies
on my own soon........
Very tempted to join the next session - making cupcakes.
But.......I would like to learn how to bake cheese cakes too.. OH!
What should I learn next? =)
