It was one short trip.
An unforgettable trip.
Of all the factory outlets, I love
two the most - Rumah Moda & The Secret.
Thanks to HJ, he knew some of
the good restaurants and my favourite so far
is The Valley. Its located at the top of
The Valley, overlooking the whole of Bandung.
The night view from the top of the Valley
is simply mignificent! I truly love the
experience I had shopping & the amazing restaurants.
Shoppin aside.
What truly amazed me is that the the simple
life of the locals.
I took the time to witness how the local
behaved and interacted on a daily basis.
Compare to us Singaporeans, they live
in poverty, with filty rubbish
every few metres around them.
I start to ponder and wonder how they ever manage
to live by, in such state of life.
And, just by looking at them,
I realized I am really lucky to be born
in Singapore and to be raised in a clean and orderly
country.
Many thoughts came to my mind.
What if I was stranded in Bandung
with no money & no means of communciation?
Would I ever survive a day?
No matter what struggles I went through,
there are others whom suffered more.
If I could, I will want to help more people in need.
Currently, I am providing free tuition
to a sweet girl who has complication
with her heart..
I have been doing so for the past 5-6 months,
and knowing this girl taught me how
to treasure life more.
She's one special girl who always strive to be better.
Perhaps both of us are born talkative,
that makes us click easily and tutoring her
is really a breeze!
She will be taking her N-Level next year
and as 2011 is approaching soon,
Im wishing her the best and Im always
here whenever she needs me!
To a good 2011! I believe in you! *winks*

Leaving Singapore for a short holiday in Bandung! ;)

It started as a surprise.
No hints or whatsoever to where I will
bring him.
Told him, "Be prepared to get kidnapped!"
He got abit anxious when we hopped into
this mini Van from Fairmont Hotel and
surrounded by caucassians, he was
totally cluless to where we will
be celebrating his birthday!
I tried to let the suspens linger around
and finally broke his suspens
when we reached our destination!
No No, not any normal resturant!
I brought him to Imperial Cheng Ho Cruise.
Dinner in a cruise around Singapore
for about 2 1/2 hours!
Oh, we had such a great FUN!
We were lucky there were less
than 30 guests on that day!
Big cruise, so few guests means the 2 of us
have the luxury to have the whole
of the DECK to ourselves.
Lurve the cooling breeze that surrounded us.
Lurve the scenery around us.
Lurve witnessing the fireworks around us!
I do hope I make someone happy on his
27th Birthday!

Even though we may not have time
to meet each other all the time,
I guess bonding with true friends
will be instantly connected each time we meet.
Had a great Saturday all thanks to them!
Its been EONS since I ride on a bicycle.
And to ride a bicycle at night on a Saturday is
indeed a challenge!
Saturday on a Decemeber means
TONNES of Singaporean crowding ECP!
Had a close mishap while riding the bike
cuz this irritating fellow just did a sudden U-TURN
and stopped infront of me!
Oh, i could imagine myself flung out of the bicycle!
And little kids suddenly pop out infront of me
kinda makes matter worse!
But it was good!
Night cycling is a challenge but
thats makes cycling oh so fun!
Its gonna be a good Sunday!
Bringing someone to cruise around
our lil island later!
Im pretty excited as well!
Its been a long time since Ive been
in that cruise. =)

Dont we all like to play dress up?
Mom used to dress me up and she
trained me to pose infront of the
camera since I was 4.
I remember the fake and stiff poses
mom always asked me to strike!
And, looking back at the recent
Halloween picture, made
me realized how much fun I had.
It was not a REAL Halloween costume.
I just got a cheap pink dress to wear that day!
Most of you might have guess what I
will be wearing for next year Halloween!
Im gonna be a B*****! =)
And what made this event fun,
is good old company!

Its the beginning of my Year End Holidays!
There are plans on how to fill my days.
Quite a difficult feat I must say.
3 Weeks + 3 days with limited budget.
Limited budget and knowing, my bonus will only be in
December and not Nov's pay.
Planning planning to go Batam for seasfood
and Bandung for shopping! =)
I was thinking of bringing someone
to Universal Studio to celebrate his 27th Birthday there
but, heee... looks like I might have
to change to another plan.
Looks like this break is a good time
for me to get some good books
and get immerse in my own dreamland.
I always have a habit of being in one
of the character in the book Im reading.
So, hopefully this Decemeber Holidays
will be filled with fun, laughter and lots
of slacking around.
When 2011 comes, I wanna start it right
and fulfill more things in life.
